Coupe Driver window auto-adjust inop

Not sure what to call it nor where to post this but after my battery went bad and my M3 sat for a few months in my garage, I noticed that the driver window does not automatically drop that 1/2" or so to accommodate closing the door and drive itself back up automatically. Passenger side seems to work as designed though. I don't have a code I can see nor find with Carly nor my OBDII reader. Is there a reset or a way to diagnose this?

Up all the way, continue to HOLD the button for 3-5 seconds. Down all the way, continue to hold the button for 3-5 seconds.

Rinse and repeat as needed until it resets itself; sometimes you need to go down first then up....it's weird.
