Breyton Race GTS wheels: best looking on the E92 M3 so far...
These wheels are the only only rims I've seen that beat the stock 19" look for me. Any info on their price and weight would be welcome. Thanks to BNR32, South, redmtclimber, and Epacy for most of the pics.

Excellent idea Lucid. I completely agree.
No 20s for me though. Gotta be 19s.

+1 on the 19s.
They should also have the same size like the OEM wheels (245 front, 265 rear) IMHO to be usable with the PS2 tires Michelin developed for the M3. That's what I doubt since Breyton seems to use Dunlop tires with their wheels. Best regards, south |

here are the full specs...the rims are offered by Breyton in both 19" and 20." available from breyton in Feb '08.
south- the specs below confirm what you guessed about the PS2s...it looks like 235F, 265R on the 19"s and 245F, 285R on the 20"s. so you're going to need some new rubber with these babies. also curious whether the offsets are the same as OEM (too lazy to search right now). 20 Zoll: VA (front) : Rims GTS 8,20 ET 35 with 245/30 ZR 20 HA (rear) : Rims GTS 10 x 20 ET 35 with 285/25 ZR 20 19 Zoll: VA (front): 8,5 x 19 ET 30 with 235/35 ZR 19 HA (front): 9,5 x 19 ET 35 with 265/30 ZR 19 |

Thanks for that data.
The OEM offset is ET29 front, ET23 rear. Looks like the 19" are not meant for the M (rather 335,328). Not sure about the 20" wheels, why increase the front offest by 6mm for the same tire size? Best regards, south |

Was wondering that, too. The 20" Breyton wheels are 20mm wider so they need at least 10mm difference. The different front offset is irritating me... At the mentioned et30 and et35 offsets on these 19" Breyton's, I wouldn't recommend them on the e92m3...They'll look wrong and underperform. The stock rears are wider...

It seems that alot of newbies around the forums now don't even read the threads they post in.

those are some nice wheels but not my cup of tea. I'm actually a Breyton Wheel Distributor.

how are front 18" heavier than rear 18" if you have wider rim with same material? did you switch them by accident? |

I was just wondering the same thing, this doesn't sound logical for a larger width rim and tyres to weigh less, sure the figures should be reversed. |

I love the style, very much like my BBS RG-R's but with no lip. However, aren't the Breyton's cast and heavy? Check out the Morr VS7 or VS8 in a similar style lightweight forged design.
