hmmm... sounds really wierd - i would try to contact paypal in every way - actually their customer has then found a way around paypal rules and uses this way to hustle paypal users.

This isn't the first time this has happened. OP you should post in the regional CA section and see if someone can go to meet this guy and demand the right thing be done.

Small claims would be a great idea, but he has to be present, and the cost of getting to California from Denmark is going to approach the cost of the part.

yeah agreed...but just the threat of serving the vendor with court papers usually gets the remedy moving. At the end of the day, no matter how small the claim or who's right or wrong, most of these things gets settled outside of court, b/c people's times are more valuable.

Hi, have similar problem. I've paid for the CRT street lip and don't have any respond. I was trying to wright them on diffeent emails but nothing happens. My friend from San Diego was calling them many times. First time they responded, but then do not pick up the phone.

Maybe there is smbd from LA, who can visit them?

I know that I paid by paypal and can return my money, but I want this lip so much=) Please help poor Russian guy=)

State in the remarks to Paypal, that the company didnt send your item and do not respond to emails and phone-calls.

They could end up being blacklisted at Paypal.

Revinora is obviously a non-serious company and therefore you should be looking for an alternate supplier.

My friend just went through a very similar situation with Revinora. They seem to be a bunch of scam artists.

I called PayPal but there's nothing they can do when the transaction is more than 90 days old.

But hopefully nobody will buy from Revinora anymore.

Great info. Oshin Pirijanian appears to be quite the want-repreneur. The street address listed on the invoice is actually a company called Modern Candle:

If you Google his name, you can see his Instagram account, which reveals that he has another site, oshinp.com.

On oshinp.com, you can see that he sells/designs Candles, which I would imagine is the link between Revinora and Modern Candle. Although I don't know that he's the owner of that company. Might be worth hassling them a bit to apply some pressure. Could be owned by his parents or something.
