Looks like the mid pipe has the broken tig welds problem other Dinans had. Read a couple old threads on it.

Probably explains the low asking price.

BINGO!! It was in one piece when it was on the car but when dealer took it off I arrive to see it in two pieces.

Reflected in asking price. I'm sure a good shop could weld it up without too much issue, metal is still good, no corrosion.
