was looking at a 2005 M3 ZCP with every option expect for leather seats and no sunroof. i heard no sunroofs are rare and no sunroof on a ZCP is the rarest M3 is that true? also it has Alcantara seats does Alcantara seats come in power or is that only leather?

Sounds pretty rare to me. Alcantara can come in power. It is just a fabric option, but the owner didn't get premium package (otherwise the car would have a moonroof) and apparently did not order the power seat stand-alone option.

Standalone options are those one off options that you could add to your car outside a package.

Yes- E46 M is pretty rare without sunroof.
