What mount style would you prefer for flush painted reflecters?

Hi guys

I made this poll to get your impute for our design.

I am currently working on producing flush mount reflector covers (painted of course) and we have a design just about ready aside of what our customers will be willing to do to install them. We have these 3 options and honestly knowing how I feel about quality I would rather go with option 3 even at a higher price but worth it in the long run.

Let me know how you feel.

well instead of just having the reflectors painted we have designed a flush reflector cover that looks like the covers that cover your tow access point in the front and rear bumper.

not proud of the picture I used but it was the first one I found..

I forgot to mention. The locations where the mounting bracket would be "glued/taped" would not effect the fitment of the stock reflectors, so if you decided to back out to the original in the future you would be able to without any issues.

yet another thing I forgot to mention...the only downside to double sided tap is even though it would be attach in the inner bumper after time it can lose its hold and then the reflector cover would drop either into the bumper or off the car...

These are the things we are thinking about right now as the fitment is perfect as we have it now but we understand not wanting to do permanent modifications to a $70k car.

well see thats the thing we have also designed it so that if you do decide to glue it in place its only the mounting bracket that will be glued in, the reflector cover will snap in and out just like the towhook cover

How will these be installed? The whole bumper will have to be removed no? or at least you would need to go through the wheel wells... I think... idk?

not at all there is enough room to attach the mouting bracket through the hole when the factory reflector is removed. if it was done by double sided tap it would literally be a 5 minute install and for glue application it would only take as long as the glue to dry.

Since you own/run a body shop would you mind shooting a couple of reflectors in AW if I sent you the paint?

Ah... if it's just the mounting brackets that get attached, then epoxy. I presume that even with the mounting brackets on, you can still reattach the reflector if needed without removing the brackets? If so, sounds awesome. Count me in.
