Anyone else noticed this? Condensation on the hood bulge

I've been noticing that this car seems to get water spots incessantly on the hood bulge near the windshield, pretty much in the center. I think I've tracked it down to rapid cooling of the aluminum causing condensation to form in that area after driving. It's most noticable after I've washed it, driven it, and parked it overnight. Weird. Anyone else seen this? I live in a pretty humid area and we've had record-breaking rain for the last 12 months so the air is pretty wet here right now.

Yea I get condesation on the hood dome and the CF roof, kinda cool because on the roof, the condensation won't appear where the roll-over brace is
