To clear things up, no rod bearings have not been done. Yes car is in excellent condition. Not a single ding or scratch or even rock chip.

Let me say it again car is not mint

Had a agreed upon price for the car was getting super pumped to own this car. Car went in for a ppi today and just a few things that came back..

Very rusty underneath
Rear diff leak
Rear brakes at about 20% life left
Front brakes at about 40% life left
Interior is not mint to say the least. Seats look like they honestly have 100k on them very worn out leather just didn't look correct
Clear bra is coming in allot of places on the car (clear bra was a big selling point for me)
Abs light was on the car
In the glove box dated 3 weeks ago was paper work from the local BMW dealership that stated 2 censors needed to be replaced
Steering angle censor and wheel speed censor at a cost of $2k

I understand you might not know some faults on the car such as a leak or other things but advertising a car as "mint"

I asked for my pics of the interior of the car before car went in for ppi and didn't get any should have been a clear warning sign that something was off.

Just posting this so everyone knows what they are dealing with before time is wasted

Wow thank you for this information man. I texted him and he was confident his car was worth the 36k price. I'm glad now that he wasn't negotiable with the price. I was willing to drive down from NY and it would've been a total waste. Sorry you had to deal with his bs.

Guy is a complete tool to say the least.

I'm not going to lie i was pissed about him lying and saying car was "mint" when clearly by a few pictures that the shop sent me could tell this car wasn't mint far from it. I was even more upset when we talked on the phone for about 30-45 minutes he was very clear that the car didn't need a thing ! Even the add claims to not needing a thing but in the glove box was paper work stating he took the car in to a shop to address the abs light and that the cost of replacing was about 2k I was so mad at that I decided this guy is lier about some things and I'm not going to pay the $105 ppi inspection I feel bad for the shop because they were great in pictures details and everything i would want in a ppi my point of not paying for the ppi was to show him maybe he shouldn't have lied. His response to me not paying was that I was "pussy bitch" and couldn't afford the car anyways and that he purchased the car for 20k and he was going to make a profit no matter what. My suggestion stay away far far away

We had agreed upon a price of 33k for the car went in for ppi told him everything that was wrong with the car his response was ok I will take 31k and then he responded back saying he would do me a solid and take 30k for the car.

Guy is a clown. If you look at his profile he is a enthusiast but he is a car flipper nothing wrong with that but like his text stated he got this car for 20k and no matter what was going to make a profit.

Like i said anyone who wants all the info I will give you my number and can send you pics from the shop and texts from this guy as well
