Advice on pricing

Hello forum,

I am looking at a 2008 e92 stickshift with 19 inch wheels, tech package, CF roof. It has 30,000 miles. Dealer is asking $48,000. What would be a fair price on this car?
Thank you for your help.

It is not CPO. The dealer said it could be done but would add 3-4,000 to the price.

48k isnt good. the car has 30,000 miles he needs to offer 40k and then work his way up.

I thought 48 was a little steep considering the high mileage. Should I be concerned that the car has that many miles and isn't CPO?
