and that means what? Lemon is a very broad term. It's not like the car was a flood recovery, it was a vanos system. The original owner was probably a rich guy who is very finicky and the dealer was trying to appease him.

Big Daddy Cane. Go do your research about a Lemon car before posting. I worked directly for BMW and these cars are cars to stay away from in my opinion. In response to your first comment, there were no comments in the thread about it being a Lemon Buy back. I have access to Carfax and was clearly letting the public know what it said. I dont have time to waist on your nonsense.

Thank you for pointing it out again. As bigdaddycane and also I have mentioned, this car was a dealer buy back. I never hid from it or tried to mislead any potential buyers or lookers.

Second, let's get something clear, I worked for BMW directly, so yes my background has dealt with these cars on a day to day basis. Nice assumption, Clamps....I do have an interest in this car since I am looking for an E92 Comp Pkg w Carbon Roof (to replace my 335) that is in my backyard, unlike you who is clearly trolling.

And you work for WHO now? No one gives sh!t that you worked directly for BMW, especially in a FOR SALE post, so stop trying to throw your (supposed) weight around. Maybe if there was a post about the inner workings of BMW, warranties are something specific to the company it might be more relevant.

I actually contribute to this forum and a few other BMW specific boards so please don't talk to me about wasting people's time when you have 45 posts in a year.
