Skyline Run X - Date Poll

X! as in 10! It's been almost 5 years since the first Skyline Run... wow... Alright, lets do this.

You can select more than one option so:
What date(s) work best for you?
For charity or not for charity?

John,

I'll be out of town both weekends the 18-19th, and 25-26th. My vote would be for either of the two weekends before. Doesn't matter which day to me!

Looks like there isn't a ton of interest at this point, maybe we'll have a smaller group like last time. (preferred)

Brian

Looks like May 18 is gonna be the date. I think we'll start out with some fast, tight, speed-limit-not-posted roads and come back on smooth sweeping curve B roads.

I am interested, but don't want to put a date down until I know the start point & ending point?

the OP usually doesn't reveal the route until just before the day of the event.

That said, the group usually meets in VA, just off Rte 50 in Stone Ridge. Then they'll drive through back country roads in the Shenandoah Valley, usually stopping for lunch in Front Royal.

That's the gist of it.

That's exactly it. Which route we'll take this time, I don't know yet. But we'll start in Stone Ridge, have lunch in Front Royal and take a different route back.

I'll seriously do this run this year. I know I say this every year. But it has to be on a Saturday. I voted for May 11th, wife is out of town, time to spend more time with my mistress...the M3.

Btw, I saw your old Z4M at the M Power Tour 2 years ago, looks great.

Yeah, I'm going to post the official thing soon. Looks like Sunday is the day with the most votes.

Not with me leading it. I just don't have the time to do the planning anymore. But I'll certainly join anyone else's runs.

It seemed like you had put a lot of work into each one of those. Thanks for the great memories in my m3.
could you PM me some of the routes -if you still have them saved somewhere- from any of the run that we did? I'd love to explore them on my own.

Likewise! I'd love to have a copy of the routes as well. Wish we could get this going again. Had such a great time on these runs!
