Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta Tires

Was wondering if you guys could help me decide

My rear tires are almost bald. I currently have the Vredestein Ultrac on all four tires. The sizes that i current have are

Front: 255-35-19
Rear: 275-35-19

considering that the Vredesteins have gone up significantly in price since last time that I bought them, are they still the best tires for the money?

Or do you guys think I should upgrade to the Michelin Pilot Super Sport, which are only $100 more a piece?

I'll only be buying the 2 rear ones.

Thanks

ugh, they have gone up sooo much.

keep the same on the front and rear; the vreds are very good tires. If you need all 4 next time around, maybe look into a change then.

I appreciate it nbennettksu.

Yeah. The prices have skyrocketed for those tires. And they are great. They lasted longer than the original Michelin's that came with car, and I didn't notice any drop in the performance or grip.

Check around. My shop still sells them for similar to before. Maybe $10/tire more.
They also have the new Vorti tire that is a little more money, but still less than the PSS.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
