Challenge Lip Owners
I currently have this lip on my AW zcp e92 but I'm considering dropping it a little. The problem is the roads here in Colorado aren't that great so I don't want to drop it too low. Any suggestions on which springs I should go for?

Dinan won't provide any drop since you have the zcp package. Eibach is most conservative. RS sport and H&R are most aggressive. RD are the best overall. I'm switching off my eibachs. Other options is kw sleeve kit or full coilovers

Eibach springs will slightly raise the rear of your ZCP car.
The Challenge lip is a very nice lip, just a bit low for the lowered cars.

I'm dropped on coilovers and yes, the lip sits low.

Hey, I just read your post about springs on zcp Ms. Would you recommend the h&r springs over any other spring for a zcp equipped M?

I love it. But you do have to grease it every once in a while. The end links tend to squeak. I love carbon fiber!

I don't think this is true. the ZCP packaged lowered the car by 10mm. Eibach springs lower the rear by 20mm. My math says the Eibach spring will lower the car by 10mm over ZCP.

I have the lip and it is too damn low honestly. If you are not daily driving, then it shouldn't be an issue. I am dropped on H & R Sport Plus springs, which are a tad lower than the OEM ZCP configuration. The tip of the lip is literally 2 inches from the ground. Here in FL, the roads are pretty straight, however, areas with hills are very cautious areas to drive through.

I am dropped on H&R and my old Challenge Lip lasted a month of DD before it got damaged. I'd imagine that the roads in CO aren't as friendly as SoCal so I would recommend not lowering the car and keeping the lip or lower the car and sell the lip before you damage it.

I have rebuilt my Challenge Lip 7 times due to potholes in the NE. New Jersey is the worst.
OP: Sorry, I can't recommend what springs to go with but when Bimmerworld installed my MC suspension, I told them to keep at the stock ZCP ride height because I couldn't handle rebuidling the Lip another 7 times. Current Lip clearance is 4" at center. I think my CF Challenge Lip has more bondo now than CF. Damn Roads!

I have h&r springs and my drop is pretty aggressive. I have to be extremely careful on every speed bump and driveway. That's with the Mode Carbon Lip so I imagine h&r is our of the question with the Challenge lip
