seeing that gintani catless video on that e90, i must make a video of my AA signature with AA catless xpipe.

Just to compare the two . Good luck with your decision

If i may ask what made you pick those two for the final two
what were the top 2 reasons for each

Their performance I hear is good, but Idk I really want an exotic sound. Goes the Gintani have that?

Just pick one, and if you don't like it, sell it here and get the other one. This doesn't have to be the last exhaust you'll ever buy you know.

Both of these systems sound great, and all things equal I'd say buy made in USA and go with Gintani. However, I've owned the Meisterschaft myself and if drone doesn't bother you, the sound is pretty insane.

If you're just doing axle back, go with Meister. If you do the full system, do the Gintani. Can't go wrong either way really.

I've been looking at Eisnmann for day one but I just didn't want to get an Exhaust that was going to sound similar to the stock system. The Gintani has the performance and it'll be easy to do everything at one shop..

But no major reason besides Gintani being an easy pick b/c of their location and cost..

The Gintani, Meisterschaft, and the Eisenmann are all great exhausts for this car. Of the three, sound wise I'd go Meisterschaft or Eisenmann. Gintani sounds to thick and almost American V8-ish, IMO. The Meisterschaft and the Eisenmann sound almost alike, with the Meisterschaft leaning more towards the exotic end of the spectrum. For me, I went with the Meisterschaft GT and when I have it on, I'll make a full review and videos.

You need to hear the exhaust in person, the videos dont do it justice. I have the full race and I wouldnt say it sounds exotic but it def. doesnt sound like an american V8. It has its own disticnt sound, very different and mean sounding. The pitch changes through out the power band. I think the best way to describe it is by saying what an R8 owner told me once, It sounds like if Ferrari and Nascar had a baby, thats what it would sound like.

So basically, you are going for the "Concorde sonic boom that breaks windows" kind of sound? You sir are a bold man.

I've heard the Race in person and thought it was too loud and American V8-ish. That's just my opinion.

I just installed the Gintani Sport. It really doesn't sound like a typical 'sport' exhaust to me which is great. Plenty of sound but not completely over the top. Of course if you want over the top I don't think you can beat the setup like Nawazz has. Anyway I posted a video to the sport system if you are interested.

Sounds nice, Ashley. I still prefer the Meisterschaft.

I had the Gintani race + catless xpipe. Low RPM's have a low rumble, and from the outside I can understand where people think it sounds like an American V8 (inside the car this isn't the case). Once you go past 5k rpm, the thing sounds exotic and like a monster. Definitely not American, inside or outside the car.

I'm sure if you were a distributor for Meisterschaft, you would have said Meisterschaft all the way.

IMO, vendors shouldn't vote in polls. Too much biased opinion.

I've never heard either exhaust in person, but I would go Gintani. I say this because it seems that everyone likes theirs, and I still remember the whole Eisenhaus scam with the Eisenmann Meisterschaft series of exhausts in the E9X 335i community when I was looking at getting a E92 335xi. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm sure you can find plenty of threads, but basically people were ordering Eisenmann exhausts and some people got them and some people got what they now call Meisterschaft exhausts.

I love hearing and seeing new exhausts and choosing one that fits your style and taste is what its all about. Everytime I hear mine and compare it to others.. I know I made the right decision. GINTANI!
