Nuance voice in 2010 M3?

I own a 2010 e92 M3. From what I've read 2010+ CIC has Nuance voice recognition where you can simply say a full address. Yet in my car it always individually prompts for, State, City, Street, etc.

I've asked the dealer about it. A technician said the car should have it and would need to investigate, but the shop foreman gave me a one liner about advancement in technology and seemed to just want me out of there.

How do I confirm the car should have this?

Your CIC software might need to be updated in order to activate the one-shot destination input.
