BMW new factory sound system

Did anyone realized that the 2011 3 have harmon kardon sound system for $875 and the m3 enhanced premium sound cost $1900..
i know there power difference but sound quality difference?
anyone one know if it can be fitted into the m3?

That "Harman Kardon" system for MY2011 is the same Logic7 system since MY2006, but without sound fields.

This is the first time the E9X M3 has had a lower price option, isn't it? Always seemed the gap from stock to Premium was too large. I went for Premium, but it's really only worth it if you crank it a lot.

I think the OP was saying the non-M 3s have the HK option and Ms have the EPS options as its always been.

Hi Greg... that new Harman Kardon system is not available for the US M3.
