Just my thoughts: it shouldnt be that hard to get discounts off of an M3 (be it a coupe or sedan). I mean think about it: the economy isnt doing too well and with the gas prices going up, not many people can afford to buy the car and fill it up every 3-4 days (20mpg is insanity).
exactly! thank you!

everyone needs to stop paying MSRP and dealers will have to lower prices.

Talk to Mike Aries in Steven's Creek BMW. Tell him Chris sent you. He will hook you up if you are serious about buying an M3 off the lot.

I'll pay you 64K .
MSRP! who would pay that? Dealers in LA are desperate for sales. Wake up and smell the coffee.

AHH no. There is a guy on this forum that PM me 2 weeks ago with the price he paid. It was substantial enough that anyone will run and purchase one. I'll tell you what, go to Autotrader.com, and put your M3 search in there with any Los Angeles ZIP CODE. Then, you'll see the amount of M3s' all the dealers has. "that was months ago" still now.
You must be a dealer yourself

He meant that they were charging MSRP months ago, not now.

MY BAD. thanks for the clearance.
If any of you is interested, there is a BMW dealership in San Louis Obispo; COAST BMW. They have some good deals on M3s'. Check them out on their website. Talk TO SCott. I've talked to him once before, he was going to give me a deal on a 335i coupe; but I decided to keep my car.
ANything to help my fellow BMW enthusiasts to get a great deal.

Aye, and that he was responding to a 5 month old thread

Anyhow, I remember someone posting about 500 over invoice, but that's the lowest I can remember seeing.

That's some bold talk from a man who works in Stockton and lives in Manteca.

I don't know how you flatlanders do it.

But you're right about good deals. I've always been able to get better deals in the central valley. Well worth a couple hour drive.
