Match of the night that's the spike tv prelims or the main card definitely has to go to diaz vs mcdonald and aldo vs hominick!
 The rogers center was soo f-in LOUD!!! God damn when Lyoto pulled off silva kick v2, everyone went apeshit >_<!!! |

what a great card including all the prelims
the spinning back fist John Makdessi landed was insane, the flying triangle from Pable Garza was sick too. And what a vicious KO by Machida and Ivan Menjivar. Awesome fight by Ben Henderson, he really showed what a great overall fighter he is. Wonder who he'll get next. It was nice to see both McDonalds win impressively. Jason is old school and showed dominating BJJ, it was nice to see him back. Rory is a beast, I knew it the second I watched him fight Condit, this kid is serious business. I wonder if Michael is his lil brother, they look similar and fight nearly identical Aldo vs Dominick was great, crazy how Aldo gassed in the second but landed some huge shots in the 3rd and 4th but Mark showing great heart and dominating the 5th although he had a second head growing out the side of his forehead GSP fight was kinda boring the the later rounds, seems like that eye was really bothering him. GSP needs to be more aggressive when he has his opponent in trouble. I find it interesting Dana White is meeting w/ Nick Diaz in the next couple of weeks to supposedly talk him out of boxing, I wonder if Dana is gonna pull god father and make him and offer he cant refuse... GSP |

The Dragon Machida did the crane and KO'd Randy's old ass. That was the highlight of the night.
I agree Shields fight was boring. And Aldo man he can cause some damage with those leg kicks and with those shot's to the head. I don't see anyone challenging him at 145. |

Good night of fights. Also vs. Hominick was INSANE.
Not a fan of GSP vs. Anderson Silva. It'll take him forever to put on the muscle required and then what? He needs to fight Diaz..... i'd LOVE to see that fight. |
