Any way to make DCT first click D?

Hey guys. Is there a way to make it so my first click into D/S sets it into basic Auto mode? I just know when my wife eventually has to drive my car that the double tap is going to be a nightmare for both of us.

Get the M3 GTS or Euro DCT flash. Or any DCT tune from the tuner of your choice.

Awesome, thanks. I actually have an Alpine in the works right now, I will request that option.

You can spend hundreds on a tune or you can very simply explain to your wife how a gear selector works.

This statement speaks to me sir! I must have CALMLY stated how to put my car in reverse 6 times to my wife while in this situation but we were stuck in a turn she couldn't make for an eternity despite my communication. The guy watering his lawn was chuckling. I'd spend the money on a tune too 😂

I honestly did. She's the best woman I've ever met. I onced dated a girl who I let borrow the car and before she left I told her the gas tank was basically empty ( the dash warning is pretty obvious too) but she somehow managed to drive 30 miles without running out of gas. The next day when I tried to start the car it wouldnt because the tank was bone dry. It took almost 17.5 gallons when I filled it up 😂
