Weird noise from engine bay E92 M3

Anyone know what this noise is coming from my engine bay? I was told it was from the belts due to the car not being driven enough but wanted to see if I could get a clear answer/thoughts. Thanks.

Cooling fan maybe, check to see if there are any cracks.
