09 Blk Blk Coupe is this a good deal? 73k List

Band new 09
Blk Blk coupe
73K list

Loaded with double clutch etc the only option it doesnt have are 19 inch wheels.

Dealer had this car left over.

Never driven or titled.

3,000 down includes 1st month payment
18,000 miles per year
$1050 per month in Chicago includes sales tax(we have to pay the enitre cap cost or something, we have the worst tax on leased cars).

Is this a good deal?
Thanks in advance

What sale price is the dealer basing the lease on?

First month is always included, payment seems high, don't put more than minimum down on a lease and...

I would seriously consider buying, assuming you can find a good APR..

Push for 62k.. And definitely buy (not lease) it if you can get 2.9% (or better) APR.

At first I thought great deal, but with 2011's are here soon so that car may have already lost 10k minimum. If you look at Manheim auction prices you'll see about a $5K average spread in resale price between model years for M3's with equal condition and miles. Try for more off.
