Pictures can be very deceptive. Those rims are horrendous also and the fit is garbage.

I don't get it. Here we have one of the better fitting LB kits, as evidenced by the Arkym front bumper and not that ugly flat splitter that normally comes with the LB kit which in turn allows the front end to come down a little more and make the tire to fender fitment much more flush...

I don't car for the blue colored wheels, but other than that we have a pretty clean Black LB m3.... And guess what? Everyone here is either a critic or has negative things to say.. But if this were one of the more popular members cars people would love it. There's no pleasing anyone here at all.

You're looking at lousy camera phone pics of a dirty car in shitty lighting, from a distance. I fail to see how you can say this is one of the "better fitting LB kits".

All i said was pictures can be deceptive...and judging from the fitment of the wheels/tires, my guess is this owner DID skimp on some costs to make the kit fit right.

The pictures show absolutely nothing conclusive...

Exactly! Plus the Varis under tray isn't installed properly!

but you did...

My point is also that someone posts a pic and everyone is soo quick to rip it apart. We need more constructive criticsim here and not the sh1tty comments that support the BMW stereotypes we hear so much of.

OK, gross color and style aside...i was referring more to the poor fit which speaks to the effort that the owner probably put into the body kit.

Nothing in the pictures shows me that it fits well. Adding parts like an arkym front and a varis diffuser just take away from the LB kit IMHO.

Sorry to be clear when I say "fitting" i mean wheel tire fitment to the flares. It's pretty clear that there's no huge gaps from the wheel to fender as evidenced by most kits. I'm not commenting on the panel fitment.

Gap doesn't mean much... did you happen to notice the stretch on those rear tires??? That's not proper fitment. That's someone using a tire too small for the rim width b/c the proper size wouldn't fit in the wheel well.

Half-assed job with the rims....LB kit fail.

Here are the things I like

-Different lip style that works here
-Porsche GT3 seats

Personally I think the owner was probably doing stretch and poke on purpose with his wheel/tire decision.

Bad pics and dirty car....

I expect to see some epic LB builds over the next two weeks!

It looks very low, but look at the pic again, it's the ground sloped upwards

Although it is low. It's not as low as you first think...look at where the front lip is, the ground is higher there than where the actual car is.

I like it to be honest. If it had HRE's, BBS wheels or a funky colour then I'm sure a lot of the comments above would be a lot different.

My 2 cents.

You're doing exactly what you're accusing others of doing...just in reverse!

true but in the best i mean the arkym bumper and the varis diffuser make the kit look much better. IMO the LB lip that comes with the kit is a bit over kill, the akrym bumper on the other hand looks perfect with the kit, much better than the 1m bumper and the regular one. The wheels are a bit too much for me and the tinted headlights too but considering the fact he went as far as installing oem Porsche gt3rs seats in the cars is something else you can kind see the seats in one of the pic
