Royal sentinel extended warranty, yes or no?

I was contacted today and got a quote for $3300 for 5yrs or additional 100k with $100 deductible each visit. Anyone has ever heard of them and does this sound any good? I have about 75k miles on my 08. So far no rod bearing issue and I kinda wonder if it'll conver that. On the phone it sounded like it does.

So should I go for it or run away?

Seems cheap. I would get a sample contract and dissect it. Look for whatever is excluded.

Few things I learned in my quest....Ask them what insurance company backs them and do some research on that (use AMbest.com for insurance research)... Ask if they pay up front, or reimburse you. Stay away from reimbursement. See how long the company has been in business, there are THOUSANDS of these companies..Some pay out, some are fly by night. Remember, they are not in the business to pay out claims lol.
