OEM Exhaust Mod (Perforated) Installed - Videos

At long last, I got my oem mod installed. I painted the can black (day pics posted below) and shot a couple impromptu videos last night.

Turns out, our video skills were on point. (Our includes @Edward). This is how exhaust videos should be shot from now on. No revving. No tunnels. No GoPro. No kid yelling "SECK!" in the background. No 5 minute clips waiting for the car to do a 7-point turn. I'm so tired of all that Todd.

This confirms my assumption. I believe all 4 pipes (rather than just 2) were replaced/clamped in this exhaust.

Day pics!

These are the videos I do not like. And it sounds like ACM.

Revving? Why. Just why.

Tons of video downtime? Please edit.

First gear run from start? Minimal engine load, quickly through the rev band.

So the verdict on this set up is that the complete center chamber has been bypassed by (4) pipes being cut and ran straight through the exhaust (ACM Exhaust Mod), vs. the (2) perforated pipes being replaced (OEM Exhaust Mod)?

Incorrect. This exhaust is not ACM. The middle section is still functioning.

Based on the information posted above, it is my belief that all four perforated pipes in the middle chamber were replaced with solid pipes on my exhaust. Some people just replace the two pipes with the most perforation in the middle chamber and call it a day.

Thanks for the feedback. Exhaust has burned in nicely over the last few days. It sounds even better

I can't believe I never noticed that behind the wire wrapping was additional perforations. My apologies, this is 100% my next project. Thanks again for the info and posting the video.

No worries. I simply wanted to be sure other forum members didn't misread my previous post.

Pro tip: Search the classifieds here for someone looking to unload their modified exhaust. You'll have an extra oem exhaust and probably save some cash. Otherwise, EAS sells modified exhausts ready to mount for $450.

Edit - More videos this week.
