E92 Tint Question...

So been reading a lot of tint issues on the E90 if you don't have the felt in the doors. Is this an issue with the E92's as well? Seems more of a problem with the E90's. Searching and finding different answers. Plan on tinting the windows next week and want to make sure it doesn't scratch. Thanks guys!

I havent had any problems with mine so far and i open my drivers window every time i drive it to swipe my fob to enter and exit my carpark at home..
