Any thoughts on how the September Lease rates will be?

Am ready to pull the trigger on an in stock M3. While the lease rates are pretty good, I am tempted to see what September rates will bring...

Any thoughts....???

I am guessing there is no way to lock in rates and then get the better of the two for in stock units... just orders... correct?

Well if you do the deal at the rate it is now and car s in stock, you will be driving car off lot I guess that day and that's what you will pay. That being said the MF is still .00180 I don't think its going to good lower then that but you never know. On the other hand what if you don't get deal done at the good rate now and it goes up:-).

I was just told by my sales rep that Aug/Sept are pretty much same.
that is for the lease at least
