I PM'ed Encore several times as well as a few vendors but have gotten no responses from anyone. Leads me to believe they are no longer around?

Wouldn't jump to conclusions, keep in mind its the weekend, why not try midday Monday to see if you get a response than.

it's the holiday season.. a lot have taken a few weeks off, besides it's a friday/saturday so give it till Tuesday to hear back. btw, making a thread about a vendor to complain, unless you want to warn everyone from a fraud, really doesnt do anyone any good. all parties will be left with a bitter taste in their mouth, so just be a bit patient... the guys might be busy putting up a xmas tree

See above. Holiday season? Not sure about you but if I ran a retail business this would be the time of year to cash in and sell your products

So in other words you're spreading unsubstantiated rumors about a company being out of business when you don't know if they really are or not?

People have been sued for less than that, you could be costing them business because people will now start thinking they're gone, it will show up in Google indexes, etc.

Damn. NO ONE READS. Try CALLING THEM. Even on a weekend, they phone will have a voicemail. And the OC is about as local as it gets.
