Yes, sitting normal. The front splitter is angled down slightly so maybe that's it? Also pic taken at an odd angle.

I thought you had it flat? Does the slight angle help with more downforce?

Thanks for the pic! Can you take another directly from the side. I would like to see how the splitter looks.

Yes, you can dial in more or less downforce with this type of setup. Here is a better pic from side. As you can see the splitter is less noticeable when viewed from the side. The splitter can also be mounted more forward. I mounted mine further back to help with driving up inclines.

Still looks great! Thanks!

How do you move the splitter toward? Are the rear hole slotted.

Splitter does not come pre-drilled. You have remove bumper, line up splitter and drill your own holes. However, slotting holes with a dremel would be a good idea if you want that adjustability. I used clamps to hold splitter and bumper together while I marked and drilled holes.

Can you mount the adjuster rods behind the mesh somewhere instead on the bumper?

No, adjuster rod should be mounted close to leadind edge of splitter to help secure it and add adjustability. Longer rods can be purchased separately to allow mounting directly beneath the bumper instead of next to grill.

I know that you should mount the adjusters on the splitter as close to the front edge as possible, but what about on the bumper side, can you mount them behind the mesh?

Sorry, maybe I'm not fully understanding how you want to mount the adjuster rods behind the mesh. IMO I don't think it is possible to mount in that location.

Thanks! Sure, maybe when the weather is a little better we can meet up somewhere?

I love what you've done with the OEM splitters and the APR Performance splitter! Did you apply any type of adhesive to the under side of the OEM splitters, or are the bolts and adjuster rods sufficient?

Edit: Also, a purely superficial question, but how close are the CF patterns/weaves between the OEM splitters and the APR piece?

I was just wondering if it is possible to mount the rods on the inside of the bumper as opposed to mounting it on the bumper itself?

Thanks! No, I did not use any adhesive tape because I wanted to maintain the adjustability of the splitter using the adjuster rods. Bolts and rods are sufficient depending on where you place them. Both are 2x2 weave and the pattern and color are almost a perfect match!

Yes, I guess you could mount it angled backwards inside the bumper, but I don't see the point in doing that. Are you wanting the adjuster rods to not show? If that is the case, I would just leave it off and use other means to secure the front of the splitter.

Assuming he wants to mount lower part of rod on front of splitter, this might work using optional longer adjuster rods.

I was wondering if its possible to not have to drill the bumper, and have the adjuster rods stick through the mesh, by mounting them inside the bumper? (but this would cause adjustment to be much more difficult/ annoying?)

I guess you could, but you would still have to cut the grill and make a special bracket to mount upper part of rod behind the bumper.
