The Boss 302 is clearly an even better car. The best Mustang ever made, bar none and the choice of true enthusiasts who can't stomach the additional weight of the GT 500.

The F30 M3 with the turbo six has BMW playing catch up to Ford. BMW has a lot to prove to justify the excruciating premium they're asking, and the 2014.5 Mustang with IRS is going to really give performance-minded M3 shoppers reason to pause.
Well as much as I love the boss302 I can't agree with your comment. The chassis and suspension are not on the same level of an m3 or even a base e90 for that matter. It's a bit wooly to drive on bumpy interstates and you can feel the flex in the chassis going over the apex curbs. However, that doesn't hinder the track numbers. Also the boss dampers on full high were still a bit soft for my liking. The engineers at ford made an exceptional car given what they had and made it a huge bargain but I don't think M engineers are playing catchup in any area other than affordable power

Remove the baffles in the side pipe and then you'll really love the sound of it.

When I went to go buy my 302, the ford dealer wouldn't even let me test drive the car let alone unlock the door for me to sit in. Granted it was number 0225 of 3500. I waltzed on over to Mazda, knowing it was under the same ownership and spoke to the Internet sales dept there. And within 5 min we agreed to a deal. It was just awesome seeing the ford dealers faces as I drove it off the lot. But seriously, I have gotten the worst customer service from ford and Chevrolet in terms of taking me seriously as a buyer. One ford salesman asked if I was just kicking tires bc he has serious customers waiting for him, this was just 1 min after meeting the man. What a joke.

this infuriates me. luckily my local chevy and ford dealerships are super friendly

out of curiosity did you roll in the lot in your m6? because they would need to be missing half a brain to treat you that way if they saw your m6

Lol, not for the boss purchase. I rolled up in this...

For my recent z06 purchase, I did roll up in my m6 and felt very out of place in meth town high desert. The dealer required I drive the z06 off the lot for insurance reasons and by the time I got back with my cousin, my m6 emblems were missing as well as my side gills....I love my Chevy, ford experiences..... :/

Wow! Nice times! I need to upload the newest version of Harry's lap timer. I do miss the boss quite a bit. Hope to see you on the track!
