NO! stay away from them..
they racked up 13 miles on my sisters car for "test" driving. She took the car in for a simple oil change. She made a formal complaint to BMWNA as well as Savage, now she is banned to get any service at Savage for making a complaint for their screw up. |

I really like riverside BMW or Crevier BMW service. Oh yeah stay away from irvine bmw, they treat the cars like crap over there (friend of mine used to work there as a mechanic). I wont go into details.. to spare irvine bmw, just understand that I NEVER take my car there.

I've heard some bad stories too from Irvine BMW. If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase your M3 from Rob?

I just went to Santa Ana Dealership off the 55 fwy and that had to be one of the best damn Dealerships I had ever been to. Had its own cafe, they give out flowers when ur car is services etc... Amazing!
As for savage I don't like them. Used to but not anymore. Terrible service advisers and mechanics

you'd be better off letting Randy Savage work on your car

Well, I'm just worried how they will react to a modded car. It's cool guys I've found a dealership that'll let me do anything except ECU retune. BTW, Crevier sucks balls, service and sales.

I go to Monrovia. Excellent service. I've been dealing with them since I purchased My E36 M3 (1997) from them. Try them out. Sometimes, if you push the service adviser, he/she might cover rental.
