If you want a minor stretch I would go with Hankook V12 Tires. Do a 235/35/20 in the front and 265/30/20 in the rear, or you can do a 255/35/20 in the rear. I had the same wheel sizes on my last set of wheels with a 235/35 in front and 255/35 in the rear.

Your tire size recommendations are very odd for an M3. Your pictures show a F30 335i.... Makes me wonder if you thought you were in the F30 forum.

I know I wasn't on the M3 forum but I wanted to show you how the tires would look on your wheels... Regardless if the wheels are going on an m3 or a 750, if the wheels width and diameter is the same the tires would look identical on them. Just wanted to give you an idea how Hankooks in my size would look on your wheels.

You are recommending tire widths narrower than stock which most people wouldn't consider.

That is a strange choice of fitment.

OP, I have a similar set up on H&R's. I am running 255/30/20, 285/30/20 Vred's with no issues.
