Bought essentially the same car as an E92 in MR a couple months ago for $48.9K. As a sedan, seems to me it's high by a few K (3?), but YMMV.

Got it already. considering the condition of the car (this car was previous owner's 2nd or 3rd car. basically new seat conditions show not abused on the road. condition of paint shows no track times. CPO until 9.2015. Think it's a great deal

decent price. I would expect low mileage CPO 08's to be in the mid 40's.

I paid $47,800 OTD (Out The Door) for mine without CPO and with 33K miles last April. It was the cheapest '09 I could find that was fully loaded...

So yes, I think 49 grand for a CPO '09 is a bit high. I'd say go in and offer them 47 OTD. It has great mileage and options... so I'd try and negotiate.
