Exhaust/Welding shop - Houston
Hello gents (and ladies),
I want to do the OEM exhaust modification on my muffler and wondering if you guys could recommend a good shop to weld and seal the muffler back up after I modify the perf. pipes. In Houston, preferably. Thanks! |

A freind of mine has a pretty decent shop and he's trying to break into the high-end car market.

You may also want to talk to Ober & Sons as well. They welded mine back up after I cut it open and wrapped the pipes. I asked what they would charge to do the whole job and they said 3-6 hours of labor on the first one which would be $240-$480. I'm guessing it would be closer to the 3 hour range as they didn't actually see the inside of mine and what I did to it. If you end up calling them, tell them that Nick with the M3 muffler referred you, that way they will be able to decipher what you're trying to accomplish quicker (no affiliation on my part at all). Great guys to work with!
