looking for a 2008 deal

Hi, I'm new to the board and trying to locate a leftover 2008 M3. I understand from reading the posts that there may be some great opportunities - including a $7500 cash incentive from BMW. So far I've left some messages for dealers on autotrader but would be interested to hear if you know of any dealers with availability and willing to sell at a strong discount (ie $12-15K of MSRP). I'm Washington DC based but okay with buying remote and having car shipped to me.

looking for the following:
2008 M3 Sedan
Options:
Tech Package
Premium Package
Premium Sound
Cold Weather
Transmission: 6 speed but would consider DCT
Colors: Silver, Graphite, Black, White, Dark Blue,
