$4000 off MSRP on ordered 2009 Coupe with DCT!
Good deals on ordered 2009 are possible. I just placed an order with my local dealership yesterday for an almost fully loaded car. I am very pleased with the deal, because the entire deal took less than an hour and was hassle free. 40 mins of this was trying to find existing cars (there were 5 2009 cars listed in the system, one car very close match), and then optioning out my car in the order system, then 5 mins of tossing back three numbers before settling on very close to $4000 off MSRP, then 10 mins of paperwork. His starting number was close to $2500 off MSRP (very good start)!!! This dealership is less than 2 hours away from Dallas and is the only BMW dealership in town. If you are near the area I would encourage doing business with them. I cannot guarantee you will get the same deal, hell you might even do better . PM me and I will be happy to provide contact information.

Wow. This is great news for me. I'm in DFW and looking to buy a 2009 e92 M3 with DCT for near invoice. I'll toss a PM your way and talk to you alittle bit about your deal!

At least you could consider buying over phone or email and then driving to pickup vehicle. I drove 4.5 hours to Tulsa just for a test drive in a DCT car. Being able to test drive a DCT at that time was considered lucky. Anyways, I hope this gives other people some leverage if they want to make a local deal.

oh, please. this is going to be a great year for m3 buyers. Most dealers can't even get rid of their '08 M3 inventory. What do they want to have 2008 and 2009 m3's on the same lot? I have a feeling the 2008 m3's will be selling for under invoice shortly or there's going to be a great finance / lease offer.
me, I'm waiting for a dealer to accept my $500 - $1,000 over invoice deal on an ordered car. I'm sure it'll happen shortly. |

Nice work man. You beat me and my $3500 off MSRP on a base E92 M3 (metallic paint and carbon leather trim). I will be paying cash/my own financing with no trade in as well.

Good luck with getting a reply. I sent out emails to 5 places in Dallas just asking if they would like to make a deal, and none of them replied. It has been over two days now. Oh well, their loss.

if your dealership is in Temple, they are great to deal with! I purchased an all options coupe there a few month ago. i tried to trade it in for a 2009 last week for the new idrive and they offered me a spectacular price! either way, great guys if you're willing to make the drive!(ask for LEE!)

Way to go!
Since I wanted to take one of the first M-DCT E93s, I had to pay full sticker. The dealer threw in a bunch of other crap though, and gave me a great deal on my trade-in.

That's all that is important then. There is nothing wrong with paying MSRP for a car. I think some people just really enjoy getting the best deal in the world and are willing to go the extra mile to do it. I just didn't want to haggle and simply asked dealerships for their best offer.
