I agree. These are not the best pictures, but you can tell from them that the quality is not good.

So I just spoke to the owner of 360, and he seems like he might be willing to work with me on a full refund for these wheels. That would be great. That way he gets his wheels back and can do with them what he wants, and I will get my money back, and be rid of the situation.

Damn, that sucks. I never had those issues because mine came in excellent shape. At this point you should receive a refund and buy something else.

Yeah they have had issues with paint. When I first recieved mine I also had to ship them back to get them redone since he paint started chipping the day I put them on. They sent them back to me and altho they still werent perfect I really didnt wanna go through it again and I kept them. I did get chips in 2 months tho that shouldnt really happen on a 2 month old wheel.

Their new concaved wheels look sick tho. Might have to reconsider. Get ur act straight lol

That is interesting to know. It sucks for them that the issue is not just with me.

Did you see those will not be available until January 2010?

Well, just an update as of today. The owner of 360 said the other day he would give me a refund, but so far that is an empty statement. I tried talking to him all day yesterday, and he blew me off with his typical MO, saying he was in meetings, and would e-mail me later in the day, or today. He had already said the day before that he would call me yesterday morning. Again with the lies. I have not seen an e-mail from him yet. I tried getting a hold of him this morning with no reply yet. For them saying they have great customer service, it is just non-existant. They would rather ignore their customers than get a problem handled. It won't work. Anyways, the saga continues...

Well it was not BS that they had a set in stock. They got the wheels to me originally in about 2 weeks. It was the problems after that. I am sure they have people cancelling orders, so they have parts in stock.

That's horrible! Especially for the amount of money they charge. Don't understand how they're still in business.

I just read through the whole post and in the beginning I just though the OP was buggin out, but now it seems that this company is actually pretty awful. BUYER BEWARE!

Mind telling me how much you originally paid for the set? That would be my gauge for build quality.
