Man could all this be caused by the problem of having speed limit's and no autobahn in the state's? You know to sometime's be able to full- throttle the car for longer distance's?
Maybe what kill's the S65 is this slow driving with occassionally hard dyno or track run's. Just saying, I haven't got a clue just bringing it out here. For my understanding looking at your mod's catless is more flow so the engine can breath better but ain't beeing catless causes alot of heat? Isn't heat the main factor that causes engine power loss? I don't know, maybe something's not 100% overthought with the mod's, or the tune isn't 100% on par with your aftermarket stuff...or and I don't wish you that...your engine is showing symptom's of premature failure. |

I know Iv got a problem but not that big of problem. The car drives fine on the road and I was the highest powered e92 there but the numbers are way off. There must be a certain way to get a M car to dyno properly.

It's because you guys use the metric system...
But on a serious note, could it be the actual dyno machine as opposed to an issue with your car? I don't know a lot about the differences between different dynos, but I am fairly certain there can be substantial variances.

Compare results from whatever kind of dyno that is to other results from the same kind of dyno. Don't compare to the more common dynojet results. Maybe your results are fine for that dyno.

Its the dyno, not your car. Do you know any other cars that have run on that dyno? Find out what thier numbers are.
I'd also ask some local M3 owners on the forums where they go for dyno's and go there to see what power you put down in comparison.

was this a mustang dyno? also what gear were the cars dyno'd in. On a dyno jet my car made 343 stock on 173p software version. A mustange dyno reads about 5-10 percent lower than a dyno jet. but those number do seem a bit low for a s65.
