Which Michigan dealer for service?

I just got my M3 a few months ago and I've got a few issues for the dealership to fix (rattles, warped discs, etc) and she's due for an oil change. I live in Ann Arbor but I've heard nothing but bad stuff about BMW of AA. Should I take it to Erhard for service instead? Farmington or Bloomfield?

Probably a bit further than you'd like to travel for service, but I've had nothing but positive experiences with BMW of Grand Blanc. Can't speak on the others.

Don't bring in your car to bmw of ann arbor, they seem to have no interest in their customers whatsoever. thats why i only visit there to get a new windshield wipers. anyways if you are in Ann arbor it would be nice to meet up brother

I take mine to Erhard in Bloomfield Hills. The guys there are awesome. Chances are that you will have Chen as an SA and he is really cool.

Well, I scheduled service at Erhard Farmington (shorter drive) for next week with a pretty long laundry list of items. I talked to Chad on the phone and he seemed okay with everything. I'll update this post and review how it went.

Thanks for the suggestions. ywj we should get together sometime.

i haven't brought my E90 330i into Erhard of Farmington Hills yet but Chad's taken care of one of my buddies on several occasions. Others have had good service with Farmington Hills.

I worked at Erhard Bloomfield for 2 years. See Chen Yen 248-642-6565, tell him Carlos sent you through the forums. He has been there for 15 years, knows everything about our cars, and the whole team there is great.

I've had similar issues. BMW of Ann Arbor is awful. Avoid at all costs. I have had wonderful service experiences at Erhard BMW of Farmington Hills.

I purchased my wifes 335xi from Farmington but my M3 was bought from Bloomfield. both a great but bloomfield has a pretty large amount of M cars there when ever I stop in.

I stopped by Erhard of Farmington Hills and they had a new Alpina B7 there..........

But anyway, I stopped by yesterday to get a new wheel lock key after I lost my original one. They let me pull my car into the service area and one of the parts guys came over with his key kit and sold me one from his kit. I went home and it didn't fit properly so I went by today to exchange it for the correct one. I was treated very well and it was quite a friendly environment.
