how come i can only delete threads in the tire section?

hello. i tried making a new thread today and it said i cant because i need to delete some old threads. and i tried deleting some threads i have but the only ones i can delete are the ones in the wheel and tire section of the forum

never heard of such a thing, I know "mods" do not answer any questions here as I have emailed the "admin" of the site 10+ times without a response, so dont hold your breath
