ha, yeah maybe i should have added an /sarcasm at the end of that statement. the time attack stripe may be overdone but i still like the contrast of black wheels on lighter colored cars. I updated one of the images to show without time attack... obviously bored (read:unmotivated) at work.

Oh and I did forget to mention to E90M3CDFR, your new Sedan is of course super hot none the less.

How come you could order a US-spec bimmer without exporting it in 90 days back to US ? Or at least that's what I've understood

Even though you might be a US citizen I was pretty sure that you can't skip this process and you must export it from Europe in maximum 90 days from the delivery.

I might be wrong.

Thanks for the pics. The 09 e90 tails are growing on me now. The blackline chop makes them look better than the 08 tails.

P.S. If I take European Delivery and I Fly to Germany, Can I Order a Euro-Spec M3 and Pick it up from Munich, Drive it to like Paris and Ship it back to the States??? Would you know????

The M's front lights follow the coupe's design...so they might get refreshed when the coupe does next year, or perhaps they'll just stay as they are through the model run.
