Only bad part of letting a dealer do it is they use a screwdriver to pop the cap open, and they don't take the precaution to avoid marring the plastic, but if that doesn't bother you, all is good. Just changed mine again when right 8.5K GP Thunder went out after only 4K miles. Installed 7.5Ks that were given to me by a nice forum member; hope they last longer. I use a plastic pry tool to open the caps, with zero damage; just the way I like it . Maybe it gets too hot in there, since you seem to have the original Philips bulbs. How many miles on your car?
