Need a quick favor from someone who has an M3 and a ruler...

Could someone go outside to their M3 real fast and please measure the length of the rear brake light at the top of the windshield from the inside of the car? How many inches across is it exactly?

On my E90 it was 12 inches. Give or a take less than 1/2 an inch.

Are you talking about the lights only or the whole thing including where the bulge starts.
