AFE Stage 2 CAI or AFE Pro Dry dropin filters along with some RPI/AFE scoops and you should notice a good difference.

That's a poor suggestion. You know very well that the ice cubes will quickly melt and induce hydrolock...

...better to use dry ice instead.

I like the small air conditioner idea - flux capacitor mod though would own this

Back in the day of metal upper intakes people would put a bag of ice on them at the track. It actually worked.
