M3 GTS replica Parts?
So how long does everyone think it'll take for some of the GTS parts to hit the market? I imagine it's going to be akin to CSL parts and require a vin and first born to get so there will most likely be replica parts. Not going to lie, I really like the front fascia.

I'm sure some enterprising aftermarket vendors are busy on it right now.
You should have started a poll!
How do I know? I don't! Sheer speculation and guessing! But I'm with you--I sure would love to get my hands on some of those parts! Last edited by Finnegan; 11-11-2009 at 12:23 AM.. |

That would be nice, but I think we can all do without a bunch of M3s with trunk spoilers terrorizing the streets.

Look on the bright side; anyone who wants the wing can just go to pep boys : P
Like you, I would assume that getting the real parts will be extremely difficult and expensive. I wish BMW would take a few of them and sell them in the aftermarket. The lip, muffler, wheels, etc - those would all sell well even at expensive OEM-type pricing IMHO. On the other hand, if anyone can get the parts, it makes the extremely rare (and very expensive) model less exclusive. |

Even without the wing that splitter will hardly make enough difference at speed to dangerously upset the car. Even more so if you are talking about street driving where you might hit 100+ for a few seconds at most.

Aquiring E46 M3 CSL parts was a piece of cake compared to how difficult it will be to get any genuine BMW OE parts off the M3 GTS.

Well, we can hope for wheels and front lip still.

This is a functional, adjustable splitter not another cosmetic offering from Vorsteiner et al. If it's anything like the adjustable splitter offered for the E36 M3, it definitely makes a difference.
