M-DCT In Production!

I just called BMW NA after hearing Skierman get his M-DCT spec VIN.

Well my car went into production 6:xx am today!! It should be completed by the 6th!

Thanks guys...im still excited as hell! I should be getting my VIN tomorrow, which ill see in 4 days on the OC.

BTW the OC is useless! It still says im "on order" Call BMW NA or your SA for up to the minute details!

kong rats man. zey told me mine went into product at 6:05, i was like whatevers, i dont even know german, east coast, or PST time

I was week 11...then i got bumped up last week. I think all early March U.S. M-DCT was bumped to week 10.

Congrats guys. Good stuff. Unfortunately, I just spoke with a BMW NA rep and they just said its still scheduled for production week 10 .... so not sure whats happening with my m-dct car. Perhaps they are only starting 2 m-dct cars a day ;-)
