Went to advance auto today

Just thought I\'d share. I went to advance auto today to pick up an alternator for my wife maxima. I asked the guy to test it before I installed he was like you need to take it off the car before I can test it. I said no please test the new one so I don\'t waste my time. He said their is no way a brand new alternator doesn\'t work. I say you cant guarantee me that not one reman alternator could be defective he said no. And we tested it 6 times each test failed the alternator. So he laughed apologized tested another and that one passed.
