wait is over!

so after an eternity, i finally picked her up. family went with for the unveiling and were very impressed. then again a coin behind the ear impresses them too (3&5yr olds)... BUT, they did like it a lot. not as much as i did though. i couldnt stop smiling. and i am amazed to say the least. much more than i expected. quality, style, handling, beauty, perfection. i owned a Z3M Coupe (e36/8) and this is way more in every aspect. glad to be back after an almost eight year hiatus from BMW. i got zcp, zp2, zcv, and zcw. no sunroof (i never use them + more weight) no dct (wanted a car that had pure standard) no premium stereo (V8 ) no sunshade stuff, basically the packages and no additional options. i felt she was pretty loaded as is. jerez black/black leather/carbon leather trim. got the black kidneys, smoked reflectors, and wheels painted by dealership. some pix, enjoy!

Looks wonderful, congratulations!

Just curious, why do you have reflectors on the front bumper? I thought those were only for U.S.-spec cars?

yup, cold weather for them awesome heated seats... still in the 40s and 50s here in the morning.
sean, my son is an avid car/motorcycle enthusiast already. he says this is his car too. loves everything on wheels and is always asking questions about how fast is that and what does this do and ect ect ect... when we went to dinner tonight, i kept hearing "whoa! hee-hee! papa, my seat was sliding!" so ya, im going to have to latch the boosters a bit tighter...

My 2 boys (11 & 4) love the M3, especially when roaring thru tunnels w/ moonroof & windows opened. "dad, whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
