Quick Order Question

Ordered my car on Saturday. Just got a call from my dealer telling me that the order is pending, because i didn't do my fill out my credit form. I'm a returning customer. Is this the truth? Do they need to fill out the forms before they can order the car? The reason I cant fill out the form is because my co signer is not in the country at the moment. Thanks

I ordered without a deposit, from an out of state dealer I'd never talked to before May 8th.... only responed YES to an e-mail scan of the order printout.

I ordered without filling a credit form, just left a deposit on credit card.

To play devil's advocate, if you need a co-signer, they may feel like you aren't a real customer. As such, they don't want to order a car spec'd to your options when they can build a "standard" car that's easier to sell. I'm not saying it's right, but that could be their thinking.

I see where your coming from, but I'm a returning customer. The lease on my 545 is due in late june. They should know better. I just want my order in. Thanks for the reply Seth
