Matte Black Honeycomb Grill

I have been debating about installing the blacked out grill on my SG E92 and as I was looking at the front end of my car, something occurred to me...if there were a matte black honey combed insert for the existing kidney grill (fit inside the chrome kidney grill "frame" or a matte black "frame")...it could (emphasis on could) look a hell of a lot better than some of the other materials I have seen, including the stock verticle grill slats. Specifically it would match the lower, front air intake and the rear diffuser...does this exist? Any after market manufacturing guys up to the challenge?

(P.S. sorry for the repost here, realized this was the better forum)

I don't think that would look good at all. BMWs have always had bar-style grilles.

I think it would look like the grille that was on my previous '05 GTO

The front slats/kidneys are THE signature look for a BMW...why mess that up?
