I remember watching Richard Hammond doing things in MDM mode that I couldn't possibly do without the traction control off. There is a pretty big difference between Euro and NA modes.

If I'm not mistaken this video explains that MDM is driven by sensors front and back that detect difference in rotation, and stop the rear wheels from applying too much power. And the video also explains the difference between a "euro" MDM setting and USA, as discussed here. Watch it. |

Yes, you have to change the szl module to an MDrive compatible part, add VO $2MD & code defaults to the car, reset steering angle sensor & you'll have it.
